Fournir un service de messagerie interne et externe au bureau régional de Transports Canada, situé au 700 Leigh-Capreol, Dorval, Qc. Période 2014/2019

The contractor shall provide mail services:

• Acknowledge of the receipt of mail from private courier or Canada Post;
• Sort mail;
• Perform daily rounds for the collection and delivery of internal and external mail.
• Daily preparation and postage of outgoing regular, recommended and priority mail.
• Send by mail in bulk to certain pre-established sites;

Period of Contract
The contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months, from March 1st, 2014 to February 28th, 2015; followed by 4 option years.

Reliability status

Mandatory Criteria
The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in internal and external mail services.

Language
Bilingual, according with the Official language law of the Government of Canada
