The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the procurement of 3,000 Signal Underwater Sound (SUS) MK 84,
MOD 1

P/N: DL300493-2; NCAGE: 16848; or
P/N: 120-0775-005, NCAGE: 7A529
This is a no substitute requirement.

The requirement is not subject to the provisions of the World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
or the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Agreement on Internal Trade is applicable.
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
