This is a Request for a Regional individual Standing Offer
(RISO) for the supply and delivery of Compressed Helium Gas in
Contractor owned containers for Environment Canada on an as and
when requested basis.
Environment Canada's Aerological Stations that require the
Compressed Helium Gas are as follows: Pickle Lake, Buttonville,
Chapleau, Geraldton, Hamilton, Kapuskasing, Kenora, Kingston,
London, Marathon, North Bay, Ottawa, Red Lake, Sault Ste Marie,
Sioux Lookout, St Catherines, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Timmins,
Toronto (PIA), Wawa, Wiarton, and Windsor.
The offeror must supply to all areas listed above.
The period of the resulting Standing Offer(s) is for three (3)
years from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016, with a right to
request an extension of the Standing Offer by 2, 1-year
extension periods under the same terms and conditions.
The estimated dollar value for the 3 year period is $99,000.00
excluding HST.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
