Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

Hot Water Tank Replacements for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden
This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA)
1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for the procurement the replacement of 28 Hot Water Tanks at multiple RHUs for HSC Borden.
2. Publication: All solicitation documents will be published at the same time as this NPP on CanadaBuys (GETS).
3. Point(s) of delivery: HSC Borden located at 51 Somme Boulevard, Borden, Ontario, L0M 1C0
4. Security Requirements
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
5. Applicable Trade Agreements
The Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
6. Proposed period of contract
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to December 21st, 2026.

8. Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
