Request for Standing Offer for Research and Writing Services for the Canadian Housing Observer
The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a standing offer with qualified proponents for the delivery of research and writing services for the Canadian Housing Observer. Up to four (4) proponents will be retained on the standing offer to perform research on various topics.
The term of this standing offer is for 3 years and the maximum value of all callus issued against this standing offer will not exceed $100,000.00 including all applicable taxes.
Offers must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 29, 2013.
