REQUIREMENT
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply
and delivery of Milk and Dairy products as required by
Correctional Service of Canada, Drumheller Institutions,
Alberta. All products required must be alcohol free. No glass
containers will be accepted.
Quantities:
The items and estimated quantities required are listed in Annex
B, Basis of Payment
Period of Standing Offer:
Date of standing offer award to 30 September 2014 plus two (2) -
one-year option periods:
Option Year 1 - 01 October 2014 to 30 September 2015
Option Year 2 - 01 October 2015 to 30 September 2016
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
