REQUIREMENT: The Department on National Defence conducts firefighting training and requires new
industrial washers and dryers to clean the firefighting equipment, to provide the Damage Control Division
at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt with quantity of two washers and two dryers prior to 31 March 2018.
