Cleaning Supplies - CFC Toronto
The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces College (CFC), Toronto, Ontario requires the supply of janitorial and cleaning supplies (excluding equipment, bulk kitchen/laundry items) for various buildings located in CFC Toronto on an ?as and requested’ basis.
The Period of the Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for 3 firm years.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
4.1.2 Financial Evaluation
4.1.2.1 The Offeror must submit pricing for all line items in accordance with Annex E, Evaluation.
The price used in the evaluation will be the Extended Price calculated by multiplying the Estimated Yearly Usage by the Firm Unit Price in accordance with Annex E, Evaluation.
The Firm Year 1 will be calculated as follows: C1 = A x B1
Year 2, Extension Period 1 will be calculated as follows: C2 = A x B2
Year 3, Extension Period 2 will be calculated as follows: C3 = A x B3

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
