Requirement
The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for UL Type 2 Surge
Protection Devices (SPD). The specification at Annex "A"
details requirements for:
(1) Primary devices (Main Panel Board, or Feed Side of Automatic
Transfer Switch, ATS), utilizing Metal Oxide Varistor
(MOV)
(2) Secondary devices (Utility Panel Boards), utilizing Silicone
Avalanche Diode (SAD) and Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV)
suppression components.
Period of the Contract
The period of the Contract is from the date of Contract to 31
March 2015, inclusive.
Delivery Date
All items specified as "Initial Deliverables" in Annex "B",
must be received on or before 31 March 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
