Service Sawdust Collector Systems
The Department of National Defence - Base Construction
Engineering Branch has a requirement for a Contractor to provide
inspection, repair and maintenance of all Sawdust Collector
Systems located at CFB Borden on a firm quarterly basis, any
additional work will be executed by Task Authorizations (TA).
A TA Contract will be issued for a period of one year from
Contract Award, with four additional (1) year options.
The contractor is required by Federal, Provincial, Base and
Industry safety laws and regulations to safely undertake all
tasks as issued by the Project Authority (PA).
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on 20th November, 2013 at 10:00 am at CFB
Borden, 16 Ramilies Road, Building P154, Room 234. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two
day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.
