TITLE: MANUFACTURED TRAILER - WILLOW CREEK
The Canada Border Services Agency, Port of Entry at Willow
Creek, Saskatchewan, has a requirement for the supply and
delivery of a mobile manufactured unit for the purpose of acting
as a temporary office.

Delivery required on or before 8 weeks from date of contract
award.

procurement: The Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
The following limited tendering reasons pertain to this
requirement:
AIT, Appendix C (a) where an unforeseen situation or urgency
exists and the goods, services or construction cannot be
obtained in time by means of open procurement procedures;
NAFTA, 1016 (c) insofar as is strictly necessary where, for
reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable
by the entity, the goods or services could not be obtained in
time by means of open or selective tendering procedures;
