National Research Council Canada have a requirement for the
supply, software upgrades and
one (1) manual for an Optical Depth Field Microscope to be used
for non-destructive inspection and
failure analysis.

Delivery will be made to Ottawa, Ontario and is requested on or
before February 13, 2014.

The Optical Depth Field Microscope must meet all the mandatory
technical requirements stated in the RFP as attached in Annex A.
