This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date to
December 10, 2013.
Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase one
(1) mini excavator and ancillary items, including
familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Purchase
Description for mini excavator, tracked, ded,
D-33-001-110/SF-001, dated 2013-08-27, to be delivered to CFB
St-Jean, Quebec by March 14, 2014.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to one
(1) additional vehicle and ancillary items to be exercised
within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the
contract
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
