The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of an experienced contractor for the provision of services and materials required for the sprinkler upgrade as described in the tender documents.
The work forming part of this project shall include:
- Correction of identified deficiencies.
- Replacement of outdated sprinklers where shown.
- Testing of exposed mechanical joints on system for leaks.
- Creation of as-built drawings for the sprinkler systems where piping is accessible. Drawing shall indicate location and size of piping, drain valve, sprinklers and other components installed on the system.
One contract will be awarded for which all work shall be completed no later than March 21, 2014

To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on December 4, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NG249.

Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.
Note that amounts quoted in this tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
There is a public opening scheduled for December 4, 2013 in room 306 at 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa shortly after 3 p.m.
