Requirement:
CFB Kingston requires cleaning services for kitchen exhaust
systems comprised of all canopy systems (from roof to hood)
installed over any kitchen equipment. This includes filters,
fire suppression nozzles, all exhaust and recirculation ducts,
fan compartments, fan components, hoods, canopy light fixtures,
drip trays and their component parts. The exact mandatory
requirements are detailed under Annex "A" of the resulting
contract clauses.
Duration:
This Contract is for a period of three (3) years.
Mandatory Site Visit:
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
site visit to be held on May 2, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. EST at CFB
Kingston, the Canteen in building MH36 at 6 Moro St. Kingston,
ON. Bidders must communicate with the above Contracting
Authority no later than two (2) days before the scheduled visit
to confirm attendance and provide the names of the persons who
will attend.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
