This amendment is being raised to change the solicitation
closing time from Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST) on
November 20, 2013 at 2pm to to Eastern Standard Time (EST) on
November 20, 2013 at 2pm
This amendment is being raised to extend the solicitation
closing date from November 14, 2013 at 2pm to NOVEMBER 20, 2013
at 2pm.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.051435.002, New chiller and AC
replacement, Major-General George R. Pearkes Building, 101
Colonel By Drive, 16th floor South Tower, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K2
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of 6 air conditioning units and
new chiller and condenser.
Work is to be completed within twenty-two (22) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category 4: $500,001 to $1,000,000
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on October 24, 2013 at 10am.
Interested bidders shall meet at the Major-General George R.
Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Macenzie King Entrance,
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K2.
Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the
site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch) . Hard hats are also required. Contractor
personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire
may be denied access to the site.
PLEASE NOTE: All bidders wishing to attend the site visit are
required to submit their name and date of no later than Noon
(12pm) on October 21, 2013 to Kristin Cook via email at
