Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for The Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1($0 - $2M) stream 1 for Application Services.

One (1) A.6 Programmer / Software Developer -Level 2 – Reliability Status

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

  • ADGA Group Consultants Inc.
  • CAE Inc.
  • Prologic Systems Ltd
  • The VCAN Group Inc
  • TPG Technology Consulting Ltd. And InRound Innovations CJV

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a level 2 Programmer/Software Developer to support the Managed Readiness Simulator (MARS) program. The graphical user interface (GUI) of MARS was designed to allow a user to access all of the features available including all of the required data elements. This GUI is also being modified on a regular basis to accommodate the changes being made to the MARS program.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract shall be from date of contract award to one year later with three one-year option periods.
