REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply & delivery of Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Supplies and Cleaning Chemicals to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an ?as and when? requested basis which includes the provision of all Dispensing Units & Related Equipment all in accordance with Annex A, the Requirement and Annex B, the List of Products attached to the solicitation document for the period from 01 August, 2017 to 31 July, 2018 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period.
All Dispensing Units, including all batteries, and Related Equipment MUST be provided and will include all maintenance on a regular monthly & emergency basi
s at no cost to DND. DND will determine what is required and will specify where the equipment needs to be installed.

Pricing: Prices must be submitted with Annex "B" - the Basis of
Payment.
Suppliers must provide a price for ALL items at Annex "B".
BASIS OF SELECTION/EVALUATION:
Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregatebid, total extended cost of all items, including both years, meeting ALL mandatory requirements.
NOTE: The period of the proposed standing offer will overlap that of the existing standing offer for (2) weeks. This overlap will permit the remo
val of existing dispensers and related equipment, and installation of new equipment, in the event that the standing offer is not awarded to the incumbent supplier. This period should also be used to replace, substitute or add equipment if required or requestedby DND.
Suppliers intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain tend
er documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).
Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
