DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Fish and
seafood.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctional Service Canada, various institutions across the
province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
From March 1st, 2014 to February 27th, 2015, divided into four
(4) three (3) month periods.
Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per
the schedule in Annex "B".

and 11:00 AM. IMPORTANT: Vehicules making deliveries to the
Federal Training Center must not exceed 11'4'' in height.

(preferably Monday), between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

3N7 Monday to Friday between 8h00 AM and 11h30 AM and between
1:30 and 3:30 PM IMPORTANT: All pallets delivered to the
kitchen should be wrapped in a plastic film (Saran Wrap). In
addition, the pallets must not exceed six (6) feet in height,
including the height of the palette.

(Québec) J2B 4T5 Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM and 11:00 AM
and between 1:30 and 3:30 PM.
Delay:
Delivery will be made in accordance with the delivery date
mentioned on the call-up document.
Delivery within 24 hours for emergencies.
Minimum value for call-ups will not be accepted.
Security:
Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the
institutions.
The client may require that a security investigation be made on
the supplier's delivery staff.
Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members
carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied
access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting
the institutions.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $137,000.00
for the period from March 1st, 2014 to February 27th, 2015
inclusive.
INTRODUCTION OF A NEW CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerers
should provide, with their offer or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Offerer.
Canada may, at any time, request that an Offerer provide
properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or
all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a
specified delay.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT)."
