APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $ 121,000.00 for
the period from December 1, 2013 until November 30, 2014
inclusive.

information as needed, pursuant to Section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
