For the establishment of a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to provide 'as and when requested' plumbing supplies and accessories to all Federal Government Departments and Agencies located with the province of Quebec except for the Outaouais region (07), Nord-du-Québec (10) and areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs), in accordance with the solicitation document.
The total area of coverage is divided into seven (7) zones, which are described in Annex A. Therefore, upto 7 standing offers can be issued; 1 per region.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years with a possibility of two (2) options of one (1) year periods each.
Note: No minimum quantity is guaranteed - No minimum delivery will be accepted.
