Nature of Requirements:
Request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to supply , on
an as and when required basis, various aggregates products in
accordance with Annex A and B, to be delivered Delivered Duty
Paid (DDP) Destination including all delivery charges and FCA
Free Carrier- Quarry (to be picked-up by the client), to various
Federal Government Departments and Agencies according to four
(4) defined sectors located in the province of Quebec, excluding
the National Capital Region and areas subject to Comprehensive
land claims agreements.

Period of the Standing Offer: Two (2) years starting from the
date of standing offer issuance with one (1) option to extend
for a period of one (1) year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
No minimum quantity will be accepted.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
