To supply and deliver 486,432 rolls of toilet paper per year in
accordance with the specifications included herein for
Correctional Services Canada (CSC), various locations in
Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, during the period of the
contract from approximately 15 October 2013 to 16 October 2014
inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable
option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2)
additional one (1) year period(s) periods under the same
conditions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
