The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) Paints across Canada as detailed at Annex A Statement of Requirement. CARC Paints will be delivered to the following locations: 7CFSD Edmonton, Alberta and 25CFSD Montreal, Quebec; as and when requested by the Identified User, during the period from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, up to and including two years after issuance of the Standing Offer, with an option to extend the Standing Offer by two additional years.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
