IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Government of Canada moved its Government Electronic Tendering

Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for
download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service

Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities
whatsoever for the information found on websites of third

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation
would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications.
Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole
responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Canadian Coast Guard requires the supply of steel piling and
steel sheet piling, loading and delivery to the delivery site
which will be located within a 100 km radius of 101 boul.
Champlain, Quebec, QC, which is the work site.
More precisely, the object of this contract is the supply of
2111 linear metres of steel piles with welded interlocks and
2695 linear metres of steel sheet piling supplied in pairs.
BIDDERS' CONFERENCE
A telephone bidders' conference will take place at 10:30 on
December 19, 2013.
MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.
DELIVERY
Production shall be completed no later than March 31, 2014.
Delivery shall be completed no later than May 15, 2014.
