ESDC will require two resources: 1) one resource to develop an ESDC Investment Plan that is compliant with TB’s most current policy on Investment Planning – Assets and Acquired Services, and the policy on the Management of Projects; and b) one resource to develop an OPMCA in MS Word document format, complete with the associated corroborated evidence.
