EDSC aura besoin de deux ressources: 1) une ressource qui développera un Plan d’investissement (EDSC) conforme à la politique actuelle du Conseil du Trésor (CT) sur la Planification des investissements – biens et services acquis, et à la politique sur la Gestion de projets; et b) une ressource qui développera un ECGPO (format MS Word) avec les éléments de preuve corroborés à l’appui.
Les titulaires d’arrangements en matière d’approvisionnement suivants ont été invités à soumettre une proposition.
