BEDDING PLANTS,
DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE
CANADIAN FORCES BASE SHILO, MANITOBA

Requirement:
For the supply, delivery and planting of bedding plants, and
ongoing maintenance for the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo,
Shilo, Manitoba from date of award to 31 December 2014, with two
(2) additional one (1) year option period.
The required work includes the following:
Consultation and design of all areas
Site preparation
Supply and planting of bedding plants in ground beds, planters
and window boxes
Fertilizing and initial watering
Clean-up of work areas
Daily watering throughout duration of Contract period until
frost appears on the ground
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Period of the Contract
The period of the Contract is from date of award to December 31,
2014 inclusive. This contract includes two (2) additional one
(1) year periods, January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 and
January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 inclusive, under the same
conditions.
