Requirement - To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer
for the provision of Miscellaneous Groceries and Cheese items on
an "as and when requested" basis for the Department of National
Defence at CFS Alert and Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton.
All items shall conform to the relevant CGSB Standard, as
applicable.
For items to be delivered to CFS Alert: Delivery of these items
are to be made to CFB Trenton, Trenton, Ontario, for furtherance
by DND to CFS Alert.
It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land
Claim Agreement; Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
