INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services
Canada (PWGSC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders, TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605/D, who qualified
under Tier "1"(Requirements up to and including $2M) stream for
Project Management Services Class, under the category for:

1. Project Coordinator - Level 3

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

The PWGSC's Integrated Services Branch (ISB), Shared Services
Integration (SSI), Shared Case Management System Project
requires as and when required Informatics Professional Services
of one Project Coordinator Level 3, to provide a common Case
Management Solution to Small Departments and Agencies (SDAs).
This is a key initiative enabling organizations in alignment
with the Government of Canada's IT modernization strategy. SSI
will host and manage the service on behalf of the SDA community.
The service will provide a software platform that the SDAs can
use to manage their case workflows. It will also provide
business process management capabilities allowing the SDAs to
improve and refine their workflow processes.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The contract period will be for 1 year from the date of contract
with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up
to 1 additional 1 year period.
