This ITQ is the first phase of a procurement process by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Project. Respondents are invited to pre-qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.
This opportunity is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential Respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada.
Canada has engaged Samson and Associates as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
