HPE (or equivalent) Server Maintenance and Support Renewal for CRTC  Amendment 1 is to extend the closing date of the RFQ to Thursday, June 5th, 2025.Contract PeriodThe “Contract Period” is the entire period of time during which the Contractor is obliged to perform the Work, which will be from Date of Award up to and including One Year Later.Option to Extend the Contract:The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year period(s) under the same terms and conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions set out in the Basis of Payment.Bids must be submitted through the P2P portal by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.
