5P423-14-6525 Wabasso Campground Washroom Replacement, Jasper National Park Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to build, deliver and install a new washroom according to existing “As Built” drawings in Jasper National Park (JNP). The Work consists of building and delivering the washroom to JNP no later than March 31, 2014 and to prepare the foundation, transport the building to the site, install and connect the building to existing utilities no later than June 13, 2014. The Work is scheduled to start upon contract award and must be completed no later than June 13, 2014. Closing Date: November 13th, 2013 (MDT) An optional site visit will take place on October 31, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Bidders are to meet at the JNP Compound Building, main entrance located at #1 Compound Road, Jasper National Park. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority not later than one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance. National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act. Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered. Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
