Salt Water Supply System Repairs - NAFC, St. John's, NL
Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Salt Water Supply System Repairs at Northwest Atlantic
Fisheries Centre, St. Johns, NL. This work consists of, but is
not limited to the installation of 200 mm salt water bypass line
and Degasser building repairs including raised concrete curb,
grating, drain lines, water detection sensors and total gas
monitoring equipment.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. It is recommended that bidders visit the site and its
surroundings and verify the form, nature and extent of the work,
the means to access the site, severity, exposure and uncertainty
of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain all necessary
information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances
prior to submitting bid.
2. Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29 - Health and Safety
Requirements, Item 1.11, Project Site Conditions, of
specifications before performing any site inspection or
preliminary work at site.
Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (GI) -
R2710T (2013-06-27) for the Code of Conduct and Certification
provisions applicable to this requirement.
