ESDC requires a cloud-based, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) User Testing and Research Platform (the “Platform”) to plan, execute, analyze, and store user research and usability testing in French and English across programs and digital products—supporting evidence-based service and product decisions.
The Platform will help user researchers and designers within the department improve navigation and user flow of web content and validate design concepts while enabling secure data handling, accessibility-compliant participant experiences, and integrations with existing collaboration and analytics tools.
