Description complète

Request for Proposals – Alberta Safety Codes Authority (ASCA) Safety Codes Agency Services

The Safety Codes Council, through the Alberta Safety Codes Authority (ASCA), is inviting proposals from qualified accredited agencies to provide safety codes services within unaccredited areas of Alberta.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish agreements with multiple successful proponents for the delivery of safety codes services on behalf of ASCA.

Services covered by this RFP include permit issuance, permit administration, compliance monitoring, inspections, and related safety codes services within the applicable disciplines identified in the RFP.

Proponents may submit proposals for one or more of the service regions identified in the procurement documents. Where a proponent selects a service region, the proponent must be prepared to provide the applicable services throughout the unaccredited municipalities included within that region, subject to the requirements of the RFP and resulting agreement.

ASCA intends to establish a multi-agency service delivery model and may enter into non-exclusive agreements with multiple successful proponents. ASCA does not guarantee any minimum value, volume of work, number of permits, assignments, or exclusivity within any service region or service category.

Proponents must meet all mandatory requirements identified in the RFP, including applicable accreditation, certification, insurance, financial security, operational capacity, geographic coverage, staffing, technology, and service delivery requirements, as applicable.

Interested proponents should review the complete RFP and all associated procurement documents carefully. The procurement documents contain the full scope of services, eligibility and mandatory requirements, submission instructions, evaluation methodology, service region information, contractual requirements, and other terms and conditions governing this procurement.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and by the closing date and time specified in the RFP.

All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted through the process identified in the RFP. Proponents should not rely on information obtained through other sources or informal communications.

The Safety Codes Council, through ASCA, is committed to conducting this procurement in a fair and equitable manner while establishing a reliable, responsive, and sustainable service delivery model for unaccredited areas of Alberta.

Please refer to the complete RFP and all referenced attachments and documents for the official requirements of this procurement.
