The PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Environmental & Aquaculture
Research - 4160 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, B.C. have a
requirement to purchase quantity of two (2) Standard Stark
Manway Filters, Model No. SB2-96 ST Filter vessels 42" x 96".
Currently the DFO has 6 operational Stark SB2-96 sand filters at
this Aquaculture Facility. This filtration system has been in
place for over 16 years. The scientists at this facility require
the maximum output of salt water. The addition of two filters
would bring it to the require capacity. To maintain the
integrity of this existing system a substitution of another make
and model would not integrate into our backwash controller
computer.
The successful contractor shall be responsible for the supply
and delivery for the new equipment. Installation is not
required.
All deliverable requirements must be delivered on or before
December 20, 2013.
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
