Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada require the purchase of a Small
Plot Field Seeder as per the detailed Statement of Work attached
at Annex "A" in the Request for Proposal.

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT); and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
