This contract is for the provision of all Labour, Equipment, Materials, Supervision and Expertise to provide a cleaning service for VIP Accommodation for the Department of National Defence.
The contract requested is for a period of one year with two one year options to extend the contract from date of award.
For the provision of all Labour, Equipment, Materials, Supervision and Expertise to provide a cleaning service for VIP Accommodation for the Department of National Defence on a continued basis.
The Base Accommodations Officer is responsible for the coordination of the requests for the cleaning of the VIP quarters, prior to occupation. The VIPs arrive for short periods of time and must be housed in suitable clean accommodations. Most of the VIPs are of a high rank and must be treated accordingly. Temporary accommodations must be cleaned on a regular basis and as defined here in. Therefore it is imperative that the temporary accommodations be cleaned and presentable at all times to the specified standard of cleanliness, this means that services are required 5 days a week, and may include cleanings on holidays.
