CSC Security System Service Support
This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, National Headquarters.

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest Total Score will be recommended for award of the contract.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to maintain its existing security system by providing all necessary remedial and technical service support to ensure all field devices that are parts of the security system are continuously serviceable and remain in constant communication with its current single Security Operations Centre (SOC).
Objectives: To maintain CSC’s existing security system by providing all necessary remedial and technical service support to ensure all field devices that are parts of the security system are continuously serviceable and remain in constant communication with its current single Security Operations Centre (SOC).
Deliverables:
For each system hardware additions or replacement, the Contractor must provide detailed installation instructions of both client and server based installations changes which must also include system architecture design document changes (Mapping out all components and relationships).
Expected Delivery Date: three (3) years after contract date, inclusive.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
