This contract will specify the limits and responsibilities of the contractor andcovers the clauses of his responsibilities regarding manpower, the supply ofmaterial and equipment required for cleaning the installations of the NationalResearch Council located at 5145 avenue Decelles Montreal, Qc. H3T 2B2.The contract will be for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one year eachoptional. NRC reserves the right, at its discretion, to exercise 4 successiveand distinct renewal options of one year each at the anniversary date of thecontract authorisation. The terms, conditions and price for these options willbe the same as those described in the present document. This extension willbe done via a contract amendment posted at least ninety (90) days prior tothe contract anniversary dateThe building area is approximately 70,000 sq. ft. spread over five (5) floors:Level 1 – Integration Hall, Small Laboratories and Machine Shop. Level 2 –Offices, Library, Conference Rooms, Main Lobby and Stairways. Level 3 –Offices, Conference Room and Lunch Room. Level 4 – Offices andConference Rooms. Level 5 – Mechanical Rooms. As shown on the buildingplans per level at Section 5 of this statement of work.
