The Canadian Police College (CPC) is a centre for professional education for members of any domestic law enforcement agency, and our international police partners. The mission of the CPC is to establish a world-class standard of police education, by using a systematic approach in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of CPC learning programs.
This requirement is for a facilitator to deliver up to nine one-day Emotional Intelligence and Change Leadership sessions per contract period as part of the Senior Police Administration Course, and up to three 3-day Emotional Intelligence and Change Leadership sessions per contract period as part of the International Police Leadership Management Development Course.
Any resulting contract will be valid from award until March 31, 2016 on an as-and-when requested basis through the issuance of task authorizations.
Proposals will be evaluated using mandatory and point-rated criteria. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point will be recommended for award of a contract.
