Laundry Services
W3380-20SI25/A
Request for a Regional and Individual Standing Offer for laundry services. The requirements are for Saint-Jean and Montréal garrisons of the Department of National Defense (DND).
Up to two Standing Offers will be issued, according to responsive offers with the lowest total price.
The resulting Standing Offer(s) will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one year.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

For this RISO offerors must use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RISO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RISO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
Security:
There are no security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.
