To provide all labour, supervision, equipment, cleaning materials, supplies, and transportation necessary for Janitorial and related services for Canada Border Services Agency, Aldergrove Border Crossing 10 Hwy 13 Aldergrove, British Columbia on a scheduled and on an ?as and when requested? basis, for the period of the contract.
The scope of the work includes cleaning all public areas (includes the lunch room, washrooms, general office area, storage areas, holding cells) and outside grounds (includes inspection areas and traffic kiosks).
The period of the contract will be for two years with three additional one year options periods, for a total of up to five years.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
Mandatory Site Visit:
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Canada Border Services Agency, Aldergrove Border Crossing 10 - Hwy 13 Aldergrove, B.C., on May 17, 2018. The site visit will begin at 09:00 PDT, in the Traffic Office Lobby.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority (by e-mail at: a••••••••@••••••••.••.ca) no later than May 15, 2018 at 09:00 PDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
