CTC requires a proponent to:

1. Post content in English and French for CTC’s corporate website, and be responsible for quality assurance, accuracy, technical excellence, creative presentation, and innovations in enhancing website and functionality.

3. Work on other CTC websites, at CTC’s sole discretion.
