No later than March 13, 2012 bidders must communicate with
Vashti Ramnarine (905) 615-2419 to confirm attendance and
provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.
Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders
should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site
visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be
rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the
bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included
as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
REQUIREMENT
To supply all necessary labour, materials, tools, equipment and
transportation required for pump out
services, on an " and when requested" basis, for the Department
of National Defence (DND) located at
Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Ontario. The work will
include pumping out septic tanks,
spreading of sludge, cleaning of grit chambers, cleaning of lift
stations, sewage plant maintenance,
pumping of underground ablution tanks and a super vac truck for
location of broken water mains, sanitary
and storm lines.
Expenditure is estimated at $150,000.00.
The period of the Standing Offer is from date of award for a 12
month period with an option to extend
for an additional (4) one year period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
