The provision of all labour, materials, equipment and
transportation required for the collection, removal and disposal
of Waste Materials and Recycling Materials for DRDC Toronto.
Services will be provided in accordance with the specified
pick-up schedule, as detailed in Annex "B" .

complete details regarding this requirement including the
mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
