The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires a range of cleaning services at the Embassy of Canada to Korea in Seoul.
The Canadian Diplomatic Complex is a 9,150 square metres multi-use facility located on a 1,401 square meters in Seoul. The facility consists of nine levels above grade and three levels below grade, housing offices, residences, representational space, and recreational facilities.
The range of services required includes cleaning services of various frequencies and the provision of janitorial consumables at the Canadian Diplomatic Complex located at 21, Jeongdong-gil (Jeong-dong), Jung-gu, Seoul, 04518, South Korea. The current janitorial work force for this location is comprised of one (1) Supervisor and, three (3) full time cleaners.
