The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of dry cleaning services, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defense (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston.
It is the intention of Canada to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement for the period of the date of issuance to 30 September 2021, with an optional two year extension.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
