Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Research and Development Centre, in LACOMBE AB, requires Janitorial Services for numerous buildings.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.
There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at the Lacombe Research and Development Centre, 6000 C and E Trail, Lacombe, AB. The Site Visit will be by appointment only, and will be one (1) bidder per appointment. Bidders will be allowed a maximum of three (3) individuals to attend. Anyone sick and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or that should be self-isolating (see Government of Canada’s online COVID-19 Symptom Self Assessment Tool), must not attend.
Site Visits will be scheduled between August 31 and September 4, 2020. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.
Written questions will be received by AAFC at n••••••••@••••••.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Regina time, on Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Emailed Submissions will be received by AAFC at n••••••••@••••••.ca and
a••••••••@••••••.ca until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Tuesday, September 29, 2020. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
